Promoted and developed infrastructure projects in the area of IT parks, residential and Commercial projects, townships, restructuring projects . Currently on Board of lots of listed & Unlisted in capacity of Non-Executive Finance, Treasury, IPO, Legal & Secretarial functions, mergers, negotiations of business deals, Setting up of subsidiaries abroad, Taxation (direct and indirect), Audits etc. Currently on Board of lots of listed & Unlisted in capacity of Non-Executive and Independent Director Independent Director.
Minal Goyal
A Chartered Accountant with a master’s from the University of Warwick in entrepreneurship. She has 8 years of real estate expertise with the family firm, including rehabilitation of society, warehousing, and leasing of commercial offices and warehouses. She not only adds a female perspective to the male-dominated real estate industry but also outstanding financial acumen and business savvy to the Osiris Group.
Utkarsh Goyal
A business graduate with over 5 years of experience in the family run real estate. commercial offices and now venturing into the warehousing space. Experienced in import/export businesses in the food industry having worked with people from many countries. Has a practical approach towards business decisions and a goal to streamline and grow the family business to new heights.
Narendra Mahajani
An independent business consultant providing valuable services to Indian Corporates in finance and risk management. He is Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant having more than 30 years of industry experience. He had been of CFO of listed companies in manufacturing and technology businesses.
